Midsummer night feasts
One of the most impressive events at the picturesque scenery of Dürnstein and its surroundings are the traditional Midsummer night's festivities, which will take place on June 22nd 2013.
Make sure to book one of the rare tables on our terrace overlooking the Danube, from where you will have the very best view on the spectacle while savouring the exquisite Midsummer night's menu especially created for this unique night.

Allocation of the tables
In order to to allow as many guests as possible to enjoy this marvellous evening in our restaurant/our terrace, we cannot confirm a certain table. You may reckon that other nice guests will share a table with you. If you book a table for 4 persons and more, you'll have a table on your own.
Menu
Accordingly to the festive occasion we offer a 6 course menu. The cocktail takes place at 6.30 pm followed by the dinner at 7.30. (for all people at the same time). If you prefer to have the menu with 5 courses only, we hope for your understanding that equal courses will be served at the same time, which might generate little waiting times.
The rate for the menu amounts to approximately € 95,00 incl. cover charge, cocktail & coffee.

Location
If the weather is ambiguous until the very last moment, the hotel management decides about the terrace. The earlier you reserve a table, the better the chance to get a table underneath the blind. If however the whole celebrations are called off by the villages, we will not be able to refund the prepayment because the dinner will always take place inside the restaurant.
Billing
There will be 1 invoice per reservation. We are not able to split the invoices.
Parking
Our parking space inside the hotel's court yard is big enough for our hotel guests. We therefore kindly ask additional restaurant guests to park their cars at one of the public parking spaces in Dürnstein. Why note use the beautiful scenery to enjoy a little walk?
Certainly you can use our entrance from the danube path (through the rocks) onto our terrace, unless it is too steep.

Prepayment
In order to confirm a table, we need a prepayment of € 50,00/person. You have the possibility to transfer the amount within 10 days after making the reservation to our bank account or to give us a valid credit card number.
If the reservation is done by 2 weeks prior to the event, we will always ask for a credit card.
This prepayment will not be refund in case of a cancellation and deducted againt the meals, not against the beverages.
