Apricot jam
The protected name "apricot jam" is not least due to Mr. Johann Thiery's commitment. Please see for yourself how different the regional apricots taste!
The secret of our apricot jam is the simpleness of its preparation. We do only use the most important ingredients to bring out the apricot's own flavor. (€ 5,50)

Apricot Juice
The apricots that are used for the juice grow mostly in our private gardens. You can drink the juice with or without water. Very popular is sparkling wine or champaign with apricot juice.
You can buy our apricot juice in a 0,2 l bottle (€ 2,50) or in a 0,5 l bottle (€ 6,00).

White wine - Riesling
Mrs. Rosemarie Thiery has been a vineyard for many centuries. These riesling grapes grow in her private garden within the walls of Dürnstein.
We are very proud that Mr. DI Toni Bodenstein vinifies the wine which makes him an excellent one. Go ahead and see it on your own! (€ 17,00/ bottle)

Red wine - Blaufränkisch
Completly different is "our" Blaufränkisch which is produced by family Gesellmann in Deutschkreutz/ Burgenland and is a high awarded wine from this winery (€ 18,00/ bottle)
