Riesling wines

Marcus Helfesrieder creates a 6 course menu. Each course will be accompanied by one Riesling from the winery van Volxem (Saar) and one from the winery FJ Gritsch (Mauritiushof - Spitz). Roman Niewodniczanski and Franz Josef Gritsch will commentate on the wines.

Tatar of prawns /warm coconut milk
/ caviar / braised asparagus

Ocean perch with herbs / calamari salad /
olives / cress vinaigrette

Ravioli of creamy spinacht / cream of green onion with brown butterr /

Calf's head / crabs / morels
