Alvin King Lon Leung is a Hong Kong chef who holds three Michelin stars at his restaurant Bo Innovation in Hong Kong and one Michelin star in his restaurant Bo London in London. He is nicknamed The Demon Chef, and has invented his own cuisine which he calls X-Treme Chinese, which includes meals such as an edible condom on a mushroom beach.

We try our best to publish the menu as soon as possible.

The menu rate amounts to 288,00 per person
including cocktail, cover charge, amuse bouche, accompanying wines,
water and coffee.

For a harmonic conclusion of the evening
we donate a voucher for a drink at our bar.

Because the menu is decided on in advance, the guest chefs for this event will be unable to accommodate specific dietary preferences (vegetarian, vegan, etc.).

Please understand that prepayment is necessary in order for us to guarantee your reservation.

We would also like to communicate that at such events guests will be seated together at large tables. Table reservations will be received only for this event.

Food will not be served la carte. Hotel guests are more than welcome to attend this event, or they can receive our top recommendations for nearby establishments.

Parking
Please note that parking is not allowed in the center of Dürnstein. Hotel guests are always allowed to park the car in our yard.

Those who don't have a room, are asked to use the public parking areas.
