For bookings made 90 days or more prior to arrival, with full prepayment,
we grant you a 12% advantage on your stay.

This rate is non-refundable, but includes a one-time free rebooking option up to 30 days before arrival.

Rebooking will be made for a new date at the current daily rate.
In the event of a later cancellation, the prepayment will be forfeited.
