The Breakfast Chef is responsible for the careful preparation and attractive presentation
of the entire breakfast buffet and tiered displays.

They ensure that meat, sausage, cheese, fish, spreads, and vegetable varieties
are presented fresh, complete, and according to established quality standards each day.

At the same time, the chef follows the prescribed rules and rotations for each product group and ensures that all required components are always available.

Artful presentation of fruit platters with beautifully cut, fresh fruits is also part of the role,
as is the creation of a daily “wow dish”
to give guests a special breakfast experience.

Additionally, the Breakfast Chef prepares egg dishes such as fried eggs, scrambled eggs, or omelets fresh à la minute
according to guests’ wishes.

In doing so, the Breakfast Chef combines culinary precision with personal creativity
and a strong sense of aesthetics. They continuously monitor cleanliness and hygiene
and ensure that all dishes are replenished on time during service.
Their structured approach guarantees the smooth operation of the breakfast buffet.

With attention to detail, the Breakfast Chef contributes significantly to the high quality and positive overall impression of the breakfast.
New ideas and seasonal variations are explicitly encouraged and further enhance the offering.
