Experience as a Saucier

We are looking for an experienced chef to support our head chef.
He should be flexible and able to work at all stations, ensuring smooth operations together with our small kitchen team.
Depending on experience, he may also cover for the head chef on their days off.

Special attention is given to the preparation of hearty Austrian cuisine with a touch of sophistication.
Our classic dishes are a must.

Our kitchen thrives on spontaneity and freshness:
What is delivered in the morning can already appear as a new dish on the menu in the evening.
Since our guests come from all over the world, including hotel guests, à la carte diners,
and private event parties, we place great emphasis on variety.
This ensures that regular guests and multi-day visitors always experience new culinary delights.

Through structured work, a strong sense of quality, and team spirit,
the chef significantly contributes to the success and high culinary standards of our establishment.
